The agent said they checked with the platform's staff, who claimed there was a problem with my trading and that only the principal would be returned. They told me to contact the platform by email to ask why it was denied and to request the withdrawal?! I was dumbfounded—don't I know whether my own trading had issues? They didn't compensate me when I was losing money, but when I made a profit, they refused to pay out. You shameless scammers at VAHA are masters at being brazen! I contacted the agent several more times, and he asked the platform's staff how to handle the issue. He showed me screenshots of our conversations, saying they would submit a service fee reimbursement for me. But in the end, even his own service fee was deducted. I checked my email and saw that after the withdrawal denial, there was a "Termination of Account and Release from Service Notice." I suspect the VAHA platform was built on cheating clients out of their money—they talk a good game, but what happened? A few days later, they actually refunded the agent's service fee. Are you messing with me? You have no shame at all. I will definitely file complaints everywhere and seek recourse through the platform, so everyone can see the true face of this so-called VAHA platform!
