Unclear Pricing Model on Raw Account: A Broker's Enigma?

I am not really sure about this broker in terms of supremity of trading conditions. Indeed they are compatible with the needs of many traders with various experience and skill level. Nevertheless, pricing on Raw account is... blurry for me. I don't pay a lot for trading, of, the broker is cost-effective, but the model itself is not very clear.
