BitDelta Receives UAE Category 5 Licence for Introducing Activities
خلاصہ۔:BitDelta has received a UAE Category 5 licence for introducing activities and opened a Dubai office, but the local entity cannot hold client funds or execute forex and CFD trades.

BitDelta has received a Category 5 licence from the UAE Capital Market Authority for its local entity, Bitdelta Securities Financial Services LLC.
The authorization, granted on May 12, 2026, allows the company to operate as an introducing firm in the UAE. BitDelta has also opened an office in Dubais Business Bay to support its local operations.
Licence Does Not Cover Trade Execution
The Category 5 approval does not permit BitDeltas UAE entity to operate as a full forex or CFD broker.
Its role is limited to introducing eligible clients to regulated financial institutions outside the local entity. Bitdelta Securities cannot hold or manage client money, execute trades, or provide investment advice beyond the activities allowed under its licence.
Forex and CFD accounts introduced through the Dubai office are therefore opened and serviced by a separate brokerage entity. The company responsible for the trading account remains the entity that receives client funds, provides the platform, and executes orders.
Dubai Office Supports Local Operations
BitDelta said its Business Bay office will serve as its base for the UAE and wider Gulf region.
The office includes staff responsible for client onboarding, compliance, regulatory matters, and relationships with business partners. These functions support the introducing activities permitted under the Category 5 framework.
The local presence gives the regulator a defined entity and management structure to supervise, but it does not expand the licence into custody or dealing services.
Forex and CFD Introductions Included
Under the licence, the company may introduce clients interested in products including foreign exchange, commodities, precious metals, indices, shares, bonds, exchange-traded funds, futures, and options.
The inclusion of forex and CFDs does not mean that these products are traded through the UAE company itself. Trading conditions, leverage, client protections, and dispute procedures are determined by the overseas entity that opens the account.
Clients should therefore review the legal name shown in the account agreement rather than relying only on the BitDelta brand or the existence of a Dubai office.
Separate UAE and Offshore Operations
BitDelta began operating through an offshore brokerage entity registered in Mauritius before receiving its UAE authorization.
The new Dubai company adds a regulated introducing operation to that structure. The two entities perform different functions: the UAE entity handles permitted local introduction activities, while the offshore brokerage provides trading services under its own regulatory framework.
This distinction is important when checking where an account is held and which regulator has authority over the trading relationship.
