Unable to withdraw funds, resulting in financial losses

When I first submitted my withdrawal application, customer service gave me an agreement. I clicked on it and was filled with unfair terms: not only did I have to authorize the platform to use all my personal data, but it also stated, "The risks arising from data authorization are the sole responsibility of the user, and the platform is not responsible!" I questioned the terms, and customer service said, "Either sign the agreement or forget about withdrawing funds. These are the platform's data rules!" I argued, saying that I hadn't mentioned this agreement when I opened the account. Customer service replied, "The data rules have been updated. It's your fault if you didn't read them!" I asked to see the update log, but they simply ignored my message! I later realized this agreement was a trap. After signing, the platform could use my data at will and shirk all responsibility!
