Ich schreibe, um einen schwerwiegenden Sicherheit-Verstoß und betrügerische Aktivitäten von CentFX zu melden. Am 15. August 2026 wurden insgesamt 3900 $ ohne meine Zustimmung von meinem CentFX-Konto abgehoben. Am wichtigsten ist, dass ich Google Authenticator (2FA) auf meinem Konto für Sicherheit vollständig aktiviert hatte. CentFX hat diese massive Abhebung genehmigt, indem es das Google-Authentifizierungsprotokoll umgangen hat, was einen klaren Verstoß gegen die Sicherheit-Standards darstellt. Ich habe den CentFX-Support mehrmals per E-Mail und Chat bezüglich dieser nicht autorisierten Transaktion kontaktiert, aber sie haben keine Antwort, Erklärung oder Begründung gegeben. Sie ignorieren meine Anfragen völlig.

Unauthorized withdrawal of $3900 from CentFX

I am writing to report a major security breach and fraudulent activity by CentFX. On 15th August 2026, a total of $3900 was withdrawn from my CentFX account without my consent. Most importantly, I had Google Authenticator (2FA) fully enabled on my account for security. CentFX approved this massive withdrawal bypasssing the Google Authentication protocol, which is a clear violation of security standards. I have contacted CentFX support via email and chat multiple times regarding this unauthorized transaction, but they have not provided any reply, explanation, or reason. They are completely ignoring my queries.
