floor AccuIndex can't access my portal account and trading account (trade mt5). i contacted support but they didn't process it. i can't trade or withdraw the money i have in there. initially, i deposited money to trading on mt4 software but then they abandoned mt4 software and switched to mt5. don't let me withdraw money.

Sàn Accuindex không thể truy cập tài khoản portal và tài khoản giao dịch (trade MT5).Tôi đã liên hệ với người hỗ trợ nhưng họ không xử lý.Tiền tôi đang trong đó không giao dịch hay rút về được.Ban đầu tôi nạp tiền để giao dịch trên phần mềm MT4 nhưng sau đó họ bỏ phần mềm MT4 và chuyển sang MT5. Không cho tôi rút tiền.
