MogaFx does not respond to emails and withdrawal requests are not approved. They subsequently sent an email explaining that the platform was having issues with withdrawals and that MogaFX would be shutting down soon. When I requested the withdrawal, they told me they could not process the withdrawal if it did not meet insurance requirements. I opened a new investment account and then requested a withdrawal.
