Since September 25, 2925, AXEL has unilaterally locked the principal in accounts and refused withdrawals. Later, it issued a notice mandating that only 5% of the principal could be withdrawn each Wednesday, meaning it would take 20 weeks to fully withdraw the principal. As of this week, the platform has approved the 11th 5% withdrawal request, but the funds have yet to arrive. The platform's installment withdrawal policy is inherently unfair, and the unilateral account lock is unacceptable. Now, it has gone back on its word, showing no integrity whatsoever. Brokerage platforms like AXEL deserve condemnation from all investors for their complete lack of credibility. We strongly demand the immediate return of our principal within a set deadline.
