Please help follow up on this matter. It's been almost 4 months now, and I still haven't received justice regarding the trading issue. On that day, I deposited money and claimed the broker's cashback bonus, which was a promotion I should have rightfully received as a customer. But it turned into a problem when trading was allowed even though nothing was initially announced. Many things weren't in the agreement—trades could be made but money couldn't be withdrawn. Anyone considering signing up shouldn't take the bonus. Not only could profits not be withdrawn, but the capital was almost lost too. It took two months of following up just to get the capital back. As for the profits, they still haven't been returned—$4,574 was seized. And I can no longer access the account. They keep coming up with excuses. At first, they explained one thing that I supposedly did wrong, but after I sent the correct information, they kept changing the issue. So, don't use this kind of broker. The image I sent is the latest one before the MT5 account was closed and access was denied.
