Goldfun and AGA defrauded investors and customers. AGA enticed investors to deposit money into Goldfun. Once the money was deposited into Goldfun, they refused to allow withdrawals. Thousands of investors in Vietnam have been scammed. The owner of Goldfun, Chueng Ming Tak, and the CEO of AGA, Andrew Tan, colluded to deceive customers. Additionally, there were other accomplices involved, such as AGA's CMO, Peter. Leaders like Wilson, Jason Lee, and Adrian also lured customers. The total amount defrauded from customers in Vietnam exceeded $75 million.
