At that time, the price was at 5,400. As the market continued to climb to 5,600, my account was eventually liquidated. I contacted support again and spoke with a female agent. She acknowledged that there had been a system issue and advised me to submit a compensation claim. Following the price surge, the market later pulled back significantly. If I had been able to close my positions in time, my account would not have been liquidated—I might even have secured a profit. I submitted my claim on January 29, 2026. As of today, February 24, 2026, nearly a month has passed. I have followed up via email multiple times, but there has been no progress. It seems the broker is deliberately stalling, with no clear timeline for resolving the issue or refunding my funds.
