On Wednesday, February 25th, my account held a 0.06 lot long position in silver and a 0.06 lot short position in silver. It was a locked position. At that time on Wednesday, the equity was $79.61, the usable margin was $31.6, and the margin call level was 50%, meaning I still had $54 available to operate. On Thursday, February 26th at 7:15 AM, no operations were performed on the account. The equity was $60, the usable margin was $12.3, after deducting the triple overnight fee. According to the 50% margin call level, I still had $36 available to operate. During this period, I made no operations. When I wanted to make an additional deposit at 9 AM, I found my account had been forcibly liquidated, directly blown out. In other words, the FXTM platform forcibly liquidated my account when I still had $36 in available funds to operate. I have encountered this situation several times before, and this time it is intolerable.

5年富拓老用户，在富拓入金上百万了。最近账户对冲锁仓后被无故爆仓，之前也多次遇到这个情况，很生气！！

2月25号周三，账户内是0.06手白银多单，0.06手白银空单。锁仓了，当时周三净值是79.61，可用预付款是31.6美元，爆仓比例是50%，也就是还有54美元可操作。2月26号周四7；15分，账户未进行操作。净值是60美元，可用预付款是12.3美元，已经扣除了三倍隔夜费。按照爆仓50%比例，我还有36美元可操作。期间我没有任何操作，等到9点我想要接着入金，发现账户被强平了，直接爆仓。也就是富拓平台，在我账户还有 36美元可操作资金的情况下，强行给我爆仓了，之前也遇到过几次这种情况，这次忍无可忍。
