Good afternoon my problem is that I have tried to withdraw my balance 6 times from the platform and it returns the withdrawal saying that some data does not match when I have made sure to enter it correctly and they do not give me any more solution other than to verify my data because they do not know which of my data is incorrect and so they do not give me any solution

Buenas tardes mi problema es que e intentado retirar mi saldo 6 veces de la plataforma y me devuelve el retiro diciendo que algunos datos no coinciden cuando yo me e asegurado de ingresarlos correctamente y ellos no me dan más solución si no que verifique mis datos porque ellos no saben cual de mis datos es incorrecto y entonces no me dan ninguna solución
