An account that had been trading with Doo Capital for over two months, which was normal this morning, was found to be inexplicably unable to log into the trading account when checked in the evening. Changing the trading password also did not allow login, and it seems to have been frozen. Contacting the platform's customer service yielded no results. At the end of February, there was also a Doo ECN account that was liquidated due to huge slippage, and contacting the platform's customer service about it has not been resolved to this day.
