Since April 2026, the D prime platform has frozen my account without notifying me. I have contacted their official customer service multiple times via email and phone, only to be told that a customer service manager will contact me, but I have not received any calls from them to date. I have not engaged in any illegal transactions, which is why I cannot withdraw my $1172.54.
