Global mistakenly froze my trading account and seized $80.29 in funds that I legitimately own. They accused me of making a chargeback through my bank, which is completely false and baseless. I am a retail trader who conducts real trading with my own funds. To prove my innocence, I have provided my official bank passbook statement to XM support, which clearly shows my name, Meghla Biswas, and proves that I have never initiated any chargeback or dispute. However, Global continues to fob me off with cookie-cutter automated replies and refuses to release my funds. They are using these false accusations to steal clients' funds. I request that the FPA investigate this matter.
