When the customer's own terminal relative to App is disconnected or weak, the transaction cannot be linked. The customer also logged into MT4 for processing the transaction, while no problem was found in MT4 login transactions.

FX2103022122This is an app of the internal trading chart of PROFIT. The two pictures are different. The first one shows the normal condition of the software. There is the homepage, market, transaction, consultation, mine, and 5 item windows below, while only 4 item windows are displayed in the second picture. After the order was entered, the trading column was gone, which made traders unable to close positions and harm consumers. However, they did not admit this fact after the incident, and they still don't admit even if there are pictures and videos to prove their wrongdoing.
