It has come to the attention of the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the “FSC”) that
an entity in the name of FXTradeOptions Limited/FXTradeOptions is FALSELY claiming to be
associated with Exinity, a licensee of the FSC.
The FSC hereby informs the public that FXTradeOptions Limited/FXTradeOptions and/or any
other individuals or representatives or promoter groups operating under this name are not and
have not, at any point in time, been licensed and regulated by the FSC.
The FSC furthermore draws the attention of the public to the following warnings issued against
FXTradeOptions Limited/FXTradeOptions:

 Financial Conduct Authority : FX Trade Options | FCA
The FSC therefore urges members of the public to exercise caution in their dealings with
FXTradeOptions Limited/FXTradeOptions and with any other individuals and/or entities
allegedly claiming to be licensed/authorised/registered by the FSC.
