The Seychelles Financial Services Authority（FSA） is an autonomous regulatory body responsible for the non-bank financial services in Seychelles. Established under the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, FSA is responsible for permitting and regulating licenses, enforcing regulatory and compliance requirements, monitoring and supervizing the conduct of business in the non-bank financial services sector in Seychelles. The regulated activities include fiduciary services, capital market & collective investment schemes, insurance, gambling. FSA is also responsible for the registration of international business companies, foundations, limited partnership and international trust in Seychelles.

Regulatory Updates Basel Markets (Seychelles) Limited (the “fraudulent company”) This notice is issued by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (“FSA”) drawing attention to the company Basel Markets (Seychelles) Limited and the fact that the entity does not hold a valid license or regulated by the FSA in any capacity. The Authority takes note that the company is circulating an FSA issued Securities Dealer's License certificate with license No. 269 and, thus we wish to advise that same is fraudulent. Furthermore, the FSA Seychelles urges investors and members of the public to exercise adequate research and evaluation on an entity, service providers, and representatives prior to conducting business and/or performing any transactions involving money exchanges or exchanges of personal details. The FSA also reminds the public that the Authority is not responsible should persons continue or maintain client relationship, or uses services provided with or by the aforementioned website. 15 December 2023
