Process

The team went to Indonesia as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Jalatama. According to public information, its office address is Soho Capital Lt. 36 Suite 3606, Jl Letjend S. Parman Kav 28, Tanjung Duren Selatan, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat 11470.

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, traveled to the target area in Indonesia according to meticulous planning. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Jalatama, which claims to be located at this address.

The team successfully arrived at the target building, which is a local ultra-luxury office tower located at Jl Letjend S. Parman Kav 28, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or related information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, they obtained entry permission. However, no directory plate about the company was found inside the building.

Since the corresponding office in the building was not the target company, the team could not confirm the specific location of the company and thus failed to reach the specific floor. Consequently, they could not confirm whether the company had clear signage or security measures, nor could they enter the company's interior, and they were unable to photograph the reception area and logo of Jalatama. The office was also not a shared workspace. Through the glass door, the internal environment of the target company could not be observed.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Jalatama does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The team visited the foreign exchange broker Jalatama in Indonesia as planned. At its public business address, they were unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a physical business location. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
