The inspectors successfully arrived at Exchange Square Two, located at 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the lobby.

As access to the target floor required a key card, the inspectors inquired about the company Capital Markets at the lobby reception. The receptionist stated that there was no such company and that access to the upper floors was not allowed without an appointment. The attempt to reach the target floor was unsuccessful. The inspectors could not confirm whether the broker's Capital Markets office area had clear signage or security measures. As entry permission was not obtained, the inspectors could not enter the interior, were unable to photograph the reception, and noted that the office was not a shared workspace.

From the lobby area, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment or other conditions. Overall, the authenticity of this broker is questionable.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Capital Markets does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker's publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine physical business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
