Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This time, the field survey team visited Bost Forex as planned. Its publicly listed office address is 954/1724, The Metropolis Samrong, Level 3, Office 350, Moo 9, Sukhumvit Road, Thepharak, Mueang Samutprakarn, Samutprakarn, 10270, Thailand.

The field survey team visited the aforementioned address and confirmed that it is located in a relatively suburban area of Samutprakarn Province. The surrounding area is primarily commercial and residential, with no dedicated corporate campus planned. The “”Corporate Campus and Street Environment“” was recorded as “”Normal“” based on the actual scene. The team successfully arrived at The Metropolis Samrong and captured a panoramic view of the entire building, confirming that the building has comprehensive office properties.

The surveyors had unimpeded access to the building lobby and conducted a thorough inspection of the lobby's signage (both the physical directory and the electronic screen). They found no company name associated with “”Bost Forex,“” nor any occupancy information for Office 350 on the third floor. They also saw no company logo, either inside or outside.

Following the directions, the surveyors successfully reached the third floor and located Office 350, discovering that the area was actually a shared office space called “”hq.“” Upon verification with the shared office operator, they stated that they had no rental registration records for “”Bost Forex“” and could not provide any evidence of the company's presence in the shared space.

Due to the open nature of the shared office and the lack of records of occupancy, the on-site inspection personnel were unable to enter the alleged “”Bost Forex office area“” or photograph the reception desk bearing the company logo. The “”No Entry“” label under “”Company Internal Office Environment“” was actually due to the company's “”unable to confirm its presence within the shared space.“” No office-related information related to Bost Forex, such as the number of rooms and workstations, could be verified.

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm Bost Forex does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Bost Forexas planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
