Field Survey Process

This issue's field survey team planned to visit the broker Dup Capital in Hong Kong. The public information shows that their office address is Room B, 5th Floor, Gaylord Commercial Building, 114-118 Lockhart Road, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team was responsible for investors and conducted a field survey on Dup Capital based on the given address.

Surveyors went to the Lockhart Road area in Hong Kong and arrived at the Gaylord Commercial Building. The building is older, and the company park and street environment are average. The corridors are narrow, accommodating only two individuals at a time, and the space is cramped with a small elevator. Outside the building, surveyors were able to photograph the entire building clearly but found no indications of Dup Capital.

Surveyors entered the building's lobby successfully, and it matched the characteristics of an older commercial building. While checking the lobby's directory, they didn't find Dup Capital's name, thus couldn't identify the company's location.

When surveyors went to the 5th floor and inspected it, they didn't find any information related to Dup Capital or its logo within the building. Hence, they couldn't confirm the exact location of the broker, couldn't access the office interior, and couldn't photograph the reception area or the logo. Upon confirmation, the place was not a shared office, further proving Dup Capital doesn't operate here, and there's an explicit suspicion of mass-fabricated addresses at this location.

Therefore, after completing the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Dup Capital does not have a genuine place of business.
