Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to visit broker Raymond James Financial. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 1-8-23 Shinagawa HEART, 12th Floor, Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Based on this address, the professional inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of Raymond James Financial.

The inspection team traveled to the Konan area of Minato-ku, Tokyo, and arrived at the Shinagawa HEART building. The building boasts a luxurious corporate campus and streetscape, a vibrant commercial atmosphere, and a diverse network of high-end office buildings and commercial facilities, embodying the high-end character of a prime business district. From the exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building and found no Raymond James Financial signage.

The inspection team attempted to enter the building lobby but was unsuccessful, and therefore was unable to verify the company's name on the lobby sign. The inspection team learned that even upon reaching the target floor, no trace of the company was found.

Without access to the building and the target floor, the inspection team was unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the location. Naturally, they were unable to enter the company, nor were they able to take photos of the reception desk or the front desk logo. The company's logo was not found inside or outside the building. It was confirmed that the location was not a shared office, further confirming that Raymond James Financial did not actually operate there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Raymond James Financial did not have a physical business location.
