Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Germany as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker System-CT. According to publicly available information, its office address is Waidmarkt 11, 50676 Köln.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to the target area in Germany to conduct a physical verification of the broker System-CT claiming to be located at Waidmarkt 11, 50676 Köln.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, an office building located in the city center of Cologne with a strong commercial atmosphere in the surrounding area. However, no company signage or relevant information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the first floor of the building and discovered it was not an office space but a home furnishings store. After stating their purpose to the staff, they were not granted access as this was not an office area.

Due to the inability to access the office areas of the building, they could not reach the target floor to confirm the office situation of System-CT. No obvious signage of the company was found, they could not enter the interior, and were unable to photograph the reception area of System-CT.

Looking from outside the building, it was also impossible to observe the internal environment or other conditions of the company. Overall, the actual situation at this location does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker System-CT does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector visited the foreign exchange broker System-CT in Germany as planned, but could not find any information such as the company name at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
