Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker GOLDEN DAY PROFIT LIMITED in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is ROOM 602, 6/F, KAI YUE COMMERCIAL BUILDING, NO.2C, ARGYLE STREET, MONGKOK KOWLOON, HONG KONG.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker GOLDEN DAY PROFIT LIMITED claiming to be located at ROOM 602, 6/F, KAI YUE COMMERCIAL BUILDING, NO.2C, ARGYLE STREET, MONGKOK KOWLOON.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Kai Yue Commercial Building, located at No.2C, Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon. The surrounding streets were bustling and lively, with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of the said broker was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a simple registration, obtained entry permission. On the internal directory board of the building, there was no information about this company.

Upon reaching the target 6th floor, the inspection personnel found no clear signage for the GOLDEN DAY PROFIT LIMITED office area, nor any special security measures. As no trace of the company was found, the inspection personnel were unable to enter the so-called internal office area, could not photograph a reception desk, and the office area was not a shared workspace.

Through the floor corridors, the inspection personnel could not observe any situation inside the broker's company premises. No information regarding the broker was discovered, casting doubt on its authenticity. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker GOLDEN DAY PROFIT LIMITED does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker GOLDEN DAY PROFIT LIMITED at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but was unable to see any information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
