Process

The team visited the Indonesia to inspect the forex broker Universal Futures as planned. According to public information, its office address is APL Tower lt. 39 T-7, Jl. Letjen S. Parman Kav. 28, Tanjung Duren Selatan, Grogol Petamburan – Jakarta Barat Indonesia 11470.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded to Indonesia according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted a physical verification of the broker Universal Futures, which claims to be located at APL Tower lt. 39 T-7, Jl. Letjen S. Parman Kav. 28, Tanjung Duren Selatan, Grogol Petamburan – Jakarta Barat Indonesia 11470.

The inspectors successfully arrived at APL Tower, which was located at Jl. Letjen S. Parman Kav. 28. The surrounding area was relatively bustling, with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information about Universal Futures was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the internal directory board of the building, there was no information about this company.

Upon reaching the 39th floor, the inspectors found no signage for Universal Futures's office area, nor any related security measures. As there was no information about the company on the floor, and inquiries with office personnel on the floor revealed they had never heard of this company, the inspectors were unable to enter the company's interior.

Simultaneously, they were also unable to photograph Universal Futures's reception area or LOGO. The office area was not a shared workspace.

From the public areas of the floor, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment and other conditions. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Universal Futures does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker Universal Futures in Indonesia as planned. At its public business address, no information such as the company name of this broker could be seen, indicating that this broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
