Notably, Nomura Asset Management's offices occupy multiple floors within this high-end office building, with the company's reception located directly on the second floor. Surveyors clearly captured a sign bearing the company's logo in the reception area, further confirming the company's existence.

Thus, the survey confirmed that Nomura Asset Management, the brokerage firm, actually exists at the aforementioned address.
