Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China, as planned, to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ArtaGM. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 8/F, Tin Chu Commercial Building, 173-174 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a commitment to rigorous investor protection, followed a carefully planned trip to Hong Kong, China. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site inspection of ArtaGM.

Based on the address information, the inspection team traveled to the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong and conducted an on-site verification of ArtaGM, the broker claimed to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspection team successfully arrived at their target building, Tin Chu Commercial Building. Located in Wan Chai, the area boasts a high level of traffic and commercial activity, and the overall environment is average. The building appears to be older, and due to its recognizable exterior, the inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, which was generally unremarkable. The inspection team examined the signage within the lobby but did not find any reference to ArtaGM's name or office information.

The surveyors proceeded to the 8th floor as directed by the address, successfully reaching it and attempting to confirm the specific office location. However, upon arrival, a thorough inspection of the entire floor revealed no office space belonging to ArtaGM; the company did not exist there. The surveyors were also unable to enter the alleged company premises.

Throughout the survey, no ArtaGM logo or related signage was found on the building exterior, in the lobby, or on the 8th floor. Naturally, no photographs of the alleged reception desk or its logo were taken.

Thus, the survey confirmed that ArtaGM, a brokerage firm, did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker ArtaGM as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
