Process

The team went to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Smoothfxtrade. According to public information, its office address is 4F, Akaka Hillside Building, 2-18-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, traveled to the target area in Japan according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Smoothfxtrade， which claimed to be located at Akasaka Hillside Building 4F, Akaka Hillside Building, 2-18-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The team has successfully arrived at the target building. The address is a small bungalow located on a side street in central Tokyo. The building is only three or four stories high, and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, with a moderate commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The team arrived in front of the building and attempted to enter the building lobby, but failed to obtain entry permission. On the directory board at the building entrance, there was no information for this company.

Since the team could not enter the building, they were unable to reach the target floor, and consequently could not confirm whether the office area of Smoothfxtrade had clear signage or security measures. They could not enter the interior, nor could they take pictures of Smoothfxtrade's reception desk. Furthermore, this office is not a shared office space.

Through the main entrance of the building, due to the distance and inability to enter, it is not possible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities of the company.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that broker Smoothfxtrade does not exist at the above address.
