A request is needed to withdraw on this platform. I printed the form and filled in. The customer manager asked me to submit to him and wait. Days later,when I inquired about the process, he replied it’s in audit. It’s been two weeks! I haven’t seen any withdrawal records on the platform. I submit a request today, having no clues whether it’s right or wrong. Any way,the process of withdrawal on this platform is extremely different from that on others. I don’t know whether the manager has communicated with the customer service, or the platform just works this way. It has been two weeks since I applied for a withdrawal on the 26th day of last month.
