Regulation is a cornerstone of trust in the financial industry, and a regulated broker is bound by specific rules that protect traders and ensure the safety of their funds. Regulation suggests that the broker is operating transparently and is held accountable by financial authorities. Trading with an unregulated broker means there is no guarantee of financial security or fair treatment of traders' funds. The risks involved in dealing with unregulated brokers far outweigh the benefits, especially given the lack of any financial protection. Therefore, I would advise avoiding AS-TEM due to its unregulated status.
