However, the limited customer support options, particularly the reliance on email rather than phone support, could be a significant downside. As an active trader, I value quick responses from customer service, and waiting for email responses can delay the resolution of issues. Additionally, the complexity of the platform’s services might be overwhelming for beginners, making it difficult to get started without some prior knowledge. Overall, it’s a solid platform, but these aspects should be taken into account.
