Based on my experience and careful review of all available details about RCG (Leese Trading Group), I have found no evidence of current or active regulatory oversight by any recognized financial authority. The information I encountered clearly indicates that RCG is unregulated; there are explicit warnings highlighting the absence of valid regulatory information and suggesting a high level of potential risk. For me as a trader, the lack of regulatory supervision is a significant red flag. Regulatory bodies exist to enforce industry standards, protect clients from malpractice, and provide a clear avenue for recourse in the event of disputes. Operating without licensing means RCG is not held to these vital standards, and traders like myself would have no regulatory protections if issues arise. While some firms can perform legitimate activities without regulation, the inherent risks are much higher, particularly in the forex and futures markets where the possibility of fraud and operational failures is real. For these reasons, I would advise anyone – especially those new to trading – to approach RCG with extreme caution and to favor brokers with transparent oversight under respected financial authorities.
