While BP Prime is regulated by the FCA, which is generally a positive sign for compliance, I noticed a pattern of negative user reports describing difficulties with withdrawals and an absence of direct customer service responses. Some exposures even allege being unable to access funds at all. In my professional judgment, this raises concerns, regardless of there being no explicit information about whether the broker itself levies deposit or withdrawal charges.
