Speaking from my own experience as a trader, I focus heavily on understanding all elements of trading cost before choosing a broker. When it comes to Velocity Trade and trading indices like the US100, there are some important limitations and concerns to keep in mind based strictly on available information. According to the details provided, Velocity Trade does not currently offer indices trading among its supported instruments. Its market access is focused on forex, equities, commodities, futures, and fixed income products. Indices, including US100, are explicitly listed as unavailable. Additionally, even in asset classes Velocity Trade does support, I noticed transparency around trading fees and costs is lacking. This gap is not just theoretical—one long-term user review specifically mentioned the difficulty of finding clear fee structures. Based on my own risk management standards and taking into account the YMYL responsibilities we owe each other as traders, the combination of unsupported products and unclear cost information is a red flag for me in the context of indices trading. If indices become available on their platform in the future, I would insist on clarifying all costs (including spreads, commissions, swaps, and any hidden fees) directly with their support before placing any trades. For now, however, I cannot break down trading costs for the US100 at Velocity Trade because the product is not offered.
