From my experience and research into One Plus Capital, I can confirm that they are indeed a regulated entity. The firm is licensed and overseen by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), holding licence number 111/10 since 2010. For me, regulatory oversight like this is a critical factor when considering any broker, because CySEC operates under the well-recognized MiFID II standards intended to boost investor protections and market transparency. This regulatory environment means there are rigorous compliance requirements in place, including segregation of client funds and regular financial scrutiny. However, while being CySEC-regulated inspires a degree of confidence in operational practices and dispute resolution mechanisms, I remain cautious. A single regulator cannot fully eliminate the potential risks associated with trading or complex financial products. The presence of a “suspicious scope of business” label and a classification of medium risk also stand out to me, and reinforce the need for careful due diligence beyond just checking regulatory status. In summary, One Plus Capital is under the regulation of CySEC, which provides a recognized layer of oversight, but as always, regulatory status does not replace the need for personal risk assessment.
