The first point—segregation of client funds—is particularly important to me because it offers a basic level of reassurance that my deposits aren’t being mixed with company funds. While this isn’t a substitute for regulatory oversight, it suggests an intention to handle client money with some care. Secondly, Agility Forex’s commission-free structure stands out. Over years of trading, I’ve learned that even small commissions add up, so having trades executed without an extra layer of costs can meaningfully impact my results, especially for frequent transactions. However, I always factor in the flat fee for certain international transactions and check all costs upfront. Finally, their 24/7 contact options have been handy. International markets move at all hours, and having access to support—even if just through an online form—has helped me resolve time-sensitive issues with payments and transfers. Still, I have to emphasize that these benefits don’t outweigh the substantial risk posed by Agility Forex’s lack of regulation. For me, while these features are practical, I’d only consider using such a broker with a cautious approach and never for large or irreplaceable sums.
