As someone who’s always careful about fee structures when evaluating a forex broker, I took a close look at First State Futures and found the situation to be somewhat mixed. While these rates initially sound competitive, it’s important for me to highlight that there’s limited public information about the typical spreads offered, so I cannot confidently assess the total trading cost without real-time platform-access. One serious point of caution for me is their inactivity fee: if an account remains dormant for 30 consecutive days, a USD 50 charge applies. This strikes me as quite punitive compared to industry norms and requires active management to avoid unexpected deductions, especially for traders like me who may not be trading continuously. On the positive side, I noted that First State Futures does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees, which can relieve some pressure for frequent funding or withdrawals. Given these details, while commission rates appear low, the lack of transparency around spreads and the steep inactivity fee make me cautious. For my own trading, clarity about all applicable costs is crucial for trust, so I suggest anyone considering this broker should be vigilant in monitoring all platform disclosures and regularly review their account activity to avoid unwanted charges.
