Instreet holds a license from the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), which is generally a positive sign since ASIC is recognized for enforcing a robust regulatory framework. Instreet has been operating for over a decade, and I appreciate the transparency about its regulated status and the contact details provided. However, regulation alone isn't always enough for me to feel confident. I always look for evidence of a broker's operational track record, client service quality, and general transparency in trading conditions. What stood out for me was the limited disclosure on their actual trading environment: there is no clear information about spreads, leverage, or minimum deposit. The absence of a demo account is problematic as it prevents traders like myself from testing the platform and services before committing real funds. Their focus seems to be on structured products and investment solutions, rather than mainstream forex or commodities trading—meaning this platform isn't geared toward typical retail forex traders. Another area of caution is the “suspicious scope of business” and “high potential risk” indicators flagged in their profile, along with mention that an in-person visit found no actual office at their listed address. For me, this raises questions about operational transparency and physical presence, which are essential for building trust. While Instreet is, on paper, regulated and established, the lack of demo access, unclear trading specifics, and certain risk alerts mean that I would be cautious about entrusting substantial capital to this broker. For my own investments, I much prefer a provider with more transparency, robust client engagement, and a proven track record of reliable service.
