From my direct experience with BOOM, their trading platform offering is very focused and somewhat traditional compared to many global brokers. BOOM provides its own proprietary web and mobile trading platforms, which means you access the markets through their in-house systems rather than standardized third-party software. I found the interface quite old-fashioned at first, but after some familiarization, it delivers on basic execution and market access. That being said, it's crucial to note that BOOM does not support MT4, MT5, or cTrader at all. This limitation could be significant for traders who rely on those platforms' charting tools or automated trading features. Personally, I prefer to have MT4 or MT5 available for their extensive community and algorithmic trading capabilities, but BOOM’s focus might appeal to investors prioritizing multi-market equity and futures rather than advanced forex tools. In my judgment, anyone accustomed to industry-standard trading environments should try out the web or mobile platforms first to determine if the lack of MT4, MT5, or cTrader is a deal-breaker. It’s essential to weigh your trading style and platform requirements carefully before committing capital.
