In my own evaluation and based on the available information, Pocket Trade does not appear to be overseen by any recognized financial regulator. As someone who has traded in the forex markets for years, I know regulation is crucial because it provides a degree of external oversight and consumer protection. The lack of valid regulatory information for Pocket Trade is a major concern for me. A transparent, regulated environment typically means accountability and recourse if things go wrong, while an unregulated broker operates without these important checks. Additionally, the broker carries warning labels about a suspicious regulatory license and business scope, both signaling potential risk. For my own trading, I only consider platforms backed by well-known regulatory bodies, as this lowers the likelihood of disputes or malpractice. In my professional experience, I take such warnings very seriously and believe that regulatory status is not just a formality but a foundational safety measure. Given these findings, extreme caution is warranted, and personally, I would avoid trading with Pocket Trade due to the absence of credible regulation.
