Based on my careful review of IFX’s profile, I am unable to find transparent or detailed information regarding specific commission structures per lot for ECN or raw spread accounts. In my experience as a forex trader, this lack of clarity raises important red flags. Typically, reputable brokers are very explicit about any commissions charged, especially for ECN or raw accounts, as these fees are critical to a trader’s cost structure and decision-making. Additionally, IFX appears to focus primarily on payment solutions and foreign exchange services rather than retail trading, and their regulatory status is problematic. According to the information available, both their FCA and DFSA licenses are listed as “exceeded,” which to me signals that they are not currently meeting regulatory requirements. Unfortunately, this adds another layer of concern, as reliable oversight is vital in safeguarding clients’ interests, particularly around fee transparency and withdrawal practices. Given the multiple exposure reports from users about withdrawal complications and unexpected fees, I would approach IFX with extreme caution—especially when there is no official disclosure of commission rates for trading accounts. Without direct and up-to-date confirmation from the broker about their fee structure, I cannot verify whether IFX charges a commission per lot for any ECN or raw spread type offerings. For me, if fee transparency is lacking, it is not a risk I am willing to take.
