In my experience as an independent forex trader, assessing both customer support and reliability is crucial before I put any significant trust or capital into a broker. With Upbest, my main reservations stem from the inconsistency I’ve observed in their customer support, alongside concerns about the platform’s reliability raised by user reports. While I appreciate that Upbest is reportedly regulated in Hong Kong and its office existence has been confirmed, the mixed user feedback is noteworthy. For example, there is a troubling report describing a situation where a user’s bank account was compromised after interactions involving Upbest, coupled with slow or evasive customer service responses. Although this is a single review, in matters involving financial transactions and personal banking, such allegations require careful attention. Contrast this with another review that praises their support for being responsive and professional, and I find it challenging to form a consistent expectation. My own principle is to look for brokers where there is a clear pattern of prompt, transparent, and reliable support, especially when resolving serious account issues. In addition, the fact that Upbest has only been operating within a year and that its overall business and regulatory index scores are not among the highest makes me cautious. I personally would approach Upbest with care, observant for any signs of communication delays and focusing on how they handle sensitive or escalated matters, before entrusting them with substantial trades.
