Reflecting on my time assessing Tiger Markets (test), I found several issues worth serious consideration, particularly regarding both customer service and the reliability of the platform itself. The broker is nominally regulated in Cyprus, and it uses an STP model with cTrader as its trading platform; in theory these are positive indicators. Yet what truly matters to me is how the platform performs and responds to problems in real trading environments. My experience and observations highlight several areas of concern. There are notable reports from users unable to withdraw funds, even after repeated communication attempts—a red flag that immediately gives me pause, since access to my capital is fundamental. Additionally, more than one user reported being unable to close profitable positions due to alleged platform or market chart issues, only seeing those positions liquidated after losses instead. The lack of effective or timely response to such complaints is equally troubling, as reliable customer service is essential for addressing unexpected trading problems. While a few users shared neutral or positive remarks, the gravity and repetition of negative experiences outweigh isolated praise in my judgment. For me, transparent processes and platform stability are non-negotiable. Suspicious business scope and complaints about fund withdrawals and unreliable trade execution introduce too much risk for my comfort. Based on my experience and an abundance of caution, I would approach Tiger Markets (test) very conservatively, given these unresolved operational and support issues.
