For me as a trader, this lack of transparency regarding leverage is a serious red flag. Clear details about leverage levels are essential not only for responsible risk management, but also for compliance with evolving regulations in the trading industry. Regulated brokers typically provide upfront information about maximum leverage for different asset categories (such as forex, crypto, indices, etc.), so traders can assess their risk and margin requirements accurately before committing funds. With PAXOS, their main offering seems focused on digital assets infrastructure and stablecoin payment solutions rather than conventional leveraged forex trading. Furthermore, the absence of regulation and user feedback highlighting withdrawal problems reinforce my reservations. From a risk management perspective, using a platform where leverage terms are not known, especially one flagged as high-risk and unregulated, is not something I’d personally consider safe or prudent. For my trading, I stick to brokers whose leverage policies and asset classes are explicitly outlined and who are under strong regulatory oversight, as this clarity is crucial to safeguarding both my capital and peace of mind.
