As an experienced forex trader, one of my key considerations when evaluating a broker is the transparency and competitiveness of their swap fees, or overnight financing costs. Unfortunately, during my review of Aqua, I could not obtain any clear, verifiable information about their swap fees; there is simply no official website or valid regulatory data made available. This lack of disclosure immediately raises concerns for me about both cost transparency and trader protection. For context, established brokers that I have worked with—such as those regulated in Australia or the UK—typically publish detailed swap rates and update them regularly. In contrast, Aqua's overall risk profile is quite high, with WikiFX noting "no valid regulatory information," a "suspicious regulatory license," and repeated cautionary statements. As someone who cares deeply about safeguarding my capital, I find it difficult to meaningfully compare Aqua’s overnight financing to the transparent policies I’m accustomed to with reputable, regulated brokers. From my perspective, until a broker is forthright about its swap fee structure—and until its business and licensing practices are fully verifiable—I cannot risk trading there, regardless of potential advantages. If overnight costs matter to you, I recommend prioritizing brokers that demonstrate clear, up-to-date disclosures and strong regulatory oversight.
