In my experience as a trader evaluating brokers, when it comes to PAXOS, I could not find any specific mention or evidence of a swap-free Islamic account. The available information about PAXOS is very limited regarding account types and trading conditions, which for me immediately raises a caution flag. A swap-free or Islamic account is designed for traders who cannot participate in interest-related transactions due to religious reasons, so transparent disclosure of such an offering is essential for trust and compliance. Given that PAXOS has no clear regulatory oversight, no valid financial licenses from major authorities, and a number of user complaints highlighting withdrawal and operational issues, I am especially careful when considering such critical account details. The absence of information about an Islamic account—despite the broker operating for several years—signals either that such an account is not provided, or that the broker is not forthcoming about its trading conditions. For me, transparency is fundamental in choosing a broker, and I highly recommend only working with firms that openly display all account types, including swap-free options if available, and are strictly regulated. Without such clarity from PAXOS, I do not consider it a reliable or suitable choice, especially for those requiring Islamic account features for religious compliance.
