As an experienced trader who carefully considers broker safety and regulatory status before even thinking about funding an account, I have to take a very cautious approach with RHB. Based on my direct research and experience navigating their offering, I have found no information suggesting that RHB currently accepts cryptocurrency deposits such as Bitcoin or USDT. Their trading focus appears to be on futures products, indices, and commodities, primarily through more traditional financing and trading channels. They highlight services like share margin financing and IPO financing, but cryptocurrencies are not mentioned as either a funding or trading option. What raises my level of caution even further is the fact that their Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) license in Hong Kong has been revoked. This is a major red flag for me, because it means the broker is no longer operating under recognized oversight, which significantly diminishes any confidence I might have in the safety and transparency of their funding operations—especially with higher-risk payment methods like crypto. For me, when a broker’s regulatory standing is unclear or a license has been revoked, I avoid depositing any funds, let alone cryptocurrencies, due to the challenges of traceability and legal recourse. In summary, I have not seen any credible evidence or official support that RHB offers crypto deposit options, and I would not recommend attempting it, especially considering their revoked regulatory status. For those interested in crypto funding, I believe a broker with stable, verified regulation and explicit crypto policies is far safer.
