As someone who relies heavily on transparent fee structures and regulatory oversight in my trading decisions, I find it concerning that A&C does not disclose any information about overnight financing (swap) fees. In my own practice, the clarity around swap rates is a critical aspect, as these fees can substantially impact the cost of holding positions overnight—particularly in more volatile or less-liquid markets. A crucial point here is that A&C operates as an unregulated broker, without oversight from any recognized financial authority. In my experience, unregulated brokers tend to provide less detailed disclosures around variable costs like swaps, which inherently increases my risk exposure. Without published rates or even mention of swap fees, I frankly cannot measure how A&C’s costs would compare to more established, regulated competitors, many of whom provide detailed tables and even real-time calculators for overnight funding rates. What’s also relevant is that A&C appears to focus exclusively on agricultural commodities, not forex or CFDs, which are markets where swap rates are most commonly discussed and posted. Regardless, the general lack of transparent information on any form of financing costs makes it impossible for me to assess their competitiveness. From my perspective, the absence of clear and accessible swap fee information is a major drawback, and I would urge any trader to proceed with caution and to request explicit cost breakdowns before committing funds—especially with an unregulated broker.
